And, just 18 months before I had my first baby, I was terrified of birth, but it was my journey of unpacking my fears and birth education that led me on the path to have an unmedicated birth, and later on to being a passionate doula.
Now as a doula & mum, I’ve felt and witnessed the excitement, the nerves, and all the in-betweens that come with pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Because of this, I’m passionate about walking alongside women from bump to birth and beyond.
Here at The Birth Haus I believe in the power of physiological birth, but even more so, in women creating their own positive and empowering birth experiences.
